2015 Prostate Cancer Awarness Day at #theK

This past Fathers Day June 21st 2015, survivors from the Prostate Cancer Networking Group partnered with the University of Kansas Cancer Center and the Kansas City Royals to help raise awareness and let guys, Dads and the folks who love them know we are ready to support them.

I can't begin to thank everyone enough for helping to make this a huge success!  University of Kansas Cancer Center, the Kansas City Royals and our volunteers are simply the best!!! Hanging out with survivors, their families and many of our doctors at the tail-gate was fabulous!  And watching our volunteers in action greeting the sold out crowd with the strike out prostate cancer hand-outs was a testament to #StrongerTogether in action like I've never seen before.  It was a true honor to sit in the Buck O'Neil Legacy seat and have Caesar Blevins, Mike Mulcahy, Don McLendon and Royce Forbush along side me!
